RETURN POLICY

By purchasing an Anna Church limited edition print you are committing to a conscious decision to purchase not just a print but a fine art print that will be individually printed on demand, personally hand signed, edition numbers and quality checked by the printer + artist. There is no stock kept or stored by the artists to ensure individuality and the protection of edition numbers. We ask that you take the time to carefully make your decision as limited edition prints can only be returned or exchanged if damaged in transit, as the printing + shipping costs cannot be recovered. 

SHIPPING UNFRAMED WORK

Unframed artwork typically ships within 7 - 14 business days from the time of payment – occasionally it can take longer if we have a big surge in our volume of sales, but often, times it is quicker. All limited edition prints are printed to order, personally inspected and shipped with a signed and numbered Certificate of Authenticity. You will be notified via email when your order ships. We are a small artist studio, and do not carry inventory. If you desire expedited service, please contact me to inquire, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping prices are as follows (For UNFRAMED pieces) this fee will automatically be added to your order before checkout.

COMPLIMENTARY SHIPPING for ALL UNFRAMED orders (locally and internationally). This service offers tracking, is insured for loss or damage and averages 5-7 days for delivery to most locations.

HOW ARE MY PRINTS RECEIVED?

All UNFRAMED Fine art prints are carefully packaged in a rigid cylinder / tube. All Limited Edition prints include a signed and numbered Certificate of Authenticity. I advise you to take LARGER prints directly to your framer, where they can carefully (with white gloves) unpack the print and discuss framing with you. 

UNFRAMED prints come with a ½ inch white border around the outside of the image. This is specifically for handling purposes, and is NOT part of the artwork. Please advise your framer to trim the print to the image, before framing your piece. 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

YES! For orders placed outside of Canada, the United States, please contact me for a customized quote.

If you’re a U.S customer, I would recommend you work with myself and Simply Framed for the best (plus cost effective) outcome. Simply Frame’s headquarters are in Maumee, Ohio, USA.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING—DELAYS, VERIFICATION, DUTIES AND FEES

Customers are responsible for all international customs and duty fees. These are in addition to, and not included in, the cost of shipping and are incurred at the time of delivery. We are not able to calculate how much these fees might be, should they occur. Customs and duty fees should not be applicable to Canadian or New Zealand purchasers. You should inquire with your local customs agency for more information and assistance in this area. Returns will not be accepted due to customs fees. We are not able to mark items as “gift.” Anna Church Art is not responsible for any duty/taxes charges you may incur at the time of receipt of your order; as the buyer, these fees may be charged to you when your package arrives, and are beyond our control.
